- Assist the Head of the Medical Biology Laboratory in ensuring the effective implementation and ongoing enhancement of the ISO 15189- aligned Quality Management System

- Coordinate and oversee the preparation, review, and updating of quality-related documents.

- Organize and facilitate quality meeting to ensure alignment and progress on quality initiatives

- Plan and manage internal quality audits, ensuring that all laboratory process meet regulatory and quality standars

- Analyze non-conformities and customer complaints, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

- Lead improvement initiatives by identifying areas for quality enhancement and facilitating appropriate actions.

Ø Education: A diploma or higher qualification in a laboratory-related field, quality management, or relevant area (e.g., engineering, pharmacy)

Ø Experience: Preferred experience in a medical biology laboratory and/or quality and audit processes. however, candidates with limited experience are also encouraged to apply.

Ø Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with social    networking platforms

Ø Language Skills: Fluency in English and/or French, in addition to Khmer

Ø Personal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized
