• Develop business plan which includes operations, sales forecasting, budgeting, staffing, asset acquisition, etc.
• Execute business plan based as approved by the board/CEO.
• Manage company’s key portfolios – debt financing and property.
• Manage and motivate staff under supervision.
• Manage day-to-day operations.
• Build and manage good relationships with stakeholders which includes staff, board members, investors, borrowers, service providers, business partners, external

auditor, etc.

• Develop reporting and business performance analysis and submit/present to the board and stakeholders on a timely manner.
• Proactively take actions on any tasks that have been assigned and agreed.

• Holds university degree in marketing, finance, management, business administration, economics, or any relevant field.
• Has at least 3-year working experience in banking and finance sector, especially managing loan operations and sales.
• Has experience in managing teamwork.
• Passionate in real estate and finance business.
• Willingness to learn new things, and deal with new people.
• Has pleasant, and outgoing personality.
• Be proactive and an effective communicator.
