1. To assist Quality Assurance and Safety Director (QASD) in all company audit program in preparation of the audit plan, documentation preparation, carry out, and producing the audit reports. All the NCR shall be facilitated and followed up to ensure appropriate closeout.

2. Filing, Upload and follow up of Quality reports (NC Records).

3. To assist QASD to establish procedures for dealing with non-conformities, monitoring non-conformity reports and taking corrective/preventive action in response to audit findings.

4. Notify the QASD and Managerial personnel when Meetings are scheduled and preparing the data from internal audit reports and other related to Quality System for the meeting.

5. To assist QASD to conduct QA monitoring activities (Tool calibration, Authorization, Certifying staff records, etc.).

6. To prepare supplier approval documents to QASD, monitor and process for such related renewal.

7. Assist with CMR renewal review.

8. Assist QASD on AMP review and finalization.

9. Assist QASD in company manuals preparation and monitoring.

10. Assist QASD in reviewing the AD&SBs Evaluation.

11. Other QA-Related assignment from QASD.
