Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight:

- Maintain and continuously improve the organization's QMS in alignment with ISO

standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

- Ensure all QMS documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.

- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and ensure

compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

- Coordinate external audits and facilitate communication between auditors and

relevant departments.

- Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and work with cross-functional

teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Information Management Systems (IMs) Administration:

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Information Management

Systems (IMs) to ensure accurate data management, storage, and retrieval.

- Collaborate with other departments to integrate IMs with QMS for seamless data

flow and reporting.

- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all quality-related data within the IMs.

- Train staff on the effective use of IMs and QMS tools, ensuring consistent and

accurate data entry and reporting.

Compliance to regulations and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with all norms and/or company standard.

- Monitor and interpret changes in relevant regulations, standards, and best practices,

inform other departments and update QMS and IMs accordingly.

- Conduct risk assessments related to quality processes and information

management, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing

process enhancements in QMS and IMs.

- Lead or support quality improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time

and deliver measurable benefits.

- Support Head of Operation in reviewing SOPs by sharing expertise and guidance

- Provide regular reports on QMS and IMs performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas for

improvement.

Training and Development:

- Develop and deliver training programs related to QMS and IMs for new

and existing staff.

- Drive Schindler Quality Champion Program - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality management and information systems.

Be role model in supporting compliance and safety company policies.

-Experience with quality management systems (QMS), have good knowledge about ISO 9001 requirement.

-Experience with environment management system (EMS), ISO 14001 is preferred.

- Leadership skills to manage cross-functional project.

-Training skill

- Proactive resilient and good interpersonal communication skill.

- Attention to detail and capable to establish monitoring process.

-At least 2-3 years experiences in QA position in international environment following ISO standard
