• To handle store operations and lead a team of Crew.

• Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are

achieved.

• Provide excellent service experience to all customers.

• Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to

statutory guidelines.

• Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to.

• Guide and monitor the work performance of all staff.

• BACII, Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity in the food and beverage

industry (experience in Japanese cuisine will be an added advantage)

• Able to use English both speaking and writing

• Quality-driven and customer-centric

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
