- Seek new potential customers and explore new business opportunities

- Make appointment with the right target customer, deliver effective product/service presentation to attract

and convince the customers

- Prepare Quotation/Proposal and Agreement for the customers to review

- Explain and negotiate the commercial term and condition to the customers

- Provide a consultation service to the customers for their requirement using appropriate sales skill and

product knowledge

- Maintain a good relationship with the customers and give support to them before and after sales

- Be a liaison between the customer and the operation team, in order to deliver excellent customer

experience including effective complaint handling, investigating the problem, and making a resolution report

- Conduct client site visit to ensure that the service provided to the customer is in a good run and is up to the customer’s requirement and satisfaction

- Prepare appointment and sales report

- Join networking events to expand business network

- Research the market and the competitor activities

- Assist on all the other relevant tasks assigned by HOD/ Top Management
