Jobs Description

Monitor the daily performance of the Finance & Accounting unit.
Prepare the company’s financial reports periodically
Lead and ensure quality control over finance transactions and finance reporting
Control the use of the budget to ensure the use of funds effectively and efficiently in supporting the company’s operational activities
Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations, and taxes
Monitor to ensure that all daily accounting records are accurate and up-to-date
Check and record all payment vouchers and make sure the journal and expenses are posted on the proper post
Preparation of annual budgets per department for cost project
Other tasks assigned by management

Jobs Requirement

Languages: Fluent in at least 2 of the following; KHMER, ENGLISH, CHINESE
Additionally languages or fluency in all 3 are major plus points. **
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Taxation
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Understand the financial, accounting, and tax system and report properly
Understand the AR flow form invoices, tax invoices, returns notes, and reports on sales or accounts receivable, up to the payment process
Understand the flow AP starting from the exchange of invoices to debt reports and the purchase of return notes
