Leading front-of-house teams
Handling team conflicts
Training new employees.
Ensuring and measuring guest satisfaction.
Managing inventory.
Promote Daily Sale (Spending per guest)
To monitor the quality of work, service and food and beverage, and to constantly improve the operation of the business.
Examine daily sales of products such as food and beverages in all stores and find additional strategies to maintain effective and quality sales.
Find and work in the marketing of the three branches and make sure to always lead effectively.

Ability to resolve conflicts calmly
Experience 5 years+ related to F&B
Leadership skills
Customer service skills
Previous hiring experience
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Ability to present innovative ideas to restaurant owner
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business Management
