• Responsible in preparation of project costing and budget analysis for management review
• prepare and submit variation and cost claims
• Understand design intend from designers and prepare project cost estimation
• Strength in organization, time management and contract negotiation skills
• Management on procurement and schedule of delivery with team/ contractors
• Liaise with contractors and vendors and support project management team
• Visit site if required
• Able to do (QS related) report writing
• Preparation of final account and related documents
• Able to work independently
