1. Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to strategic planning, implementing new quality processes in production,

meeting customer and quality standards, identifying and resolving problems; completing organic audits and relevant food safety audits; determining system improvements and implementing change

2. Oversee and ensure compliance with all third party and regulatory requirements; stay abreast of regulatory changes and how it affects the

business

3. Validate quality processes by working closely with R&D, QC and production department to establish product specifications and quality

attributes; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

4. Manage product complaints or non-conformances; quickly and thoroughly investigate process failure, determine the root cause and take

prompt corrective actions.

5. Implement the supplier validation process to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials and packaging materials purchased.

- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry or Chemical and Food Engineer and/or similar.

- At least 4+ years of experience in a QA Manager.

- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 22000, etc.)

- Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Good interpersonal communication and motivation skills.

- Good at English Communication skills.
