8. Attend approved industry regulatory, technical, or educational events to keep updated on current information.

09. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

10. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of improved department specific processes, policies, and procedures.

11. Recommend, develop, and implement enhancements and improvements to departmental policies and procedures
