The VICCI Beauty Bar is rapidly expanding, and our Marketing Department is seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to support our growing network of branches. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional beauty experiences and are looking for a proactive team member to elevate our online presence.

** Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms and manage posting schedules.

- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to optimize results.

- Propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and meet objectives.

- Demonstrate creativity and initiative in content creation while adhering to brand guidelines

- Proficient in English (spoken and written).

- Minimum of 2 years of social media management experience (Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube).

- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills, including writing, photography, and videography.

- Proficiency in video and photo editing, including the ability to record voiceovers.

- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

- Willingness to suggest new ideas and adapt to changes in the digital landscape.
