Position Objective

This role is to create and nurture high performance sales teams, and lead them to generate high revenue forecasts and meet customer needs. Accomplishes sales and marketing human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership:

- Efficiently manage day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

- Oversee staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.

- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.

2. Customer Experience:

- Foster a welcoming and customer-centric environment.

- Monitor and enhance the quality of products and services to exceed customer expectations.

- Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.

3. Financial Management:

- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs while maximizing revenue.

- Implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and overall financial success.

- Monitor inventory levels and control expenses to optimize financial performance.

4. Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated cafe team.

- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant industry standards.

- Stay informed about local food safety regulations and implement necessary changes.

6. Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.

- Utilize social media and other marketing channels to enhance the cafe's visibility and attract new customers.

At least 4 or 5 years experiences from F&B industry

- Proven experience as a Cafe Operation Manager or in a similar role.

- Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Knowledge of cafe and food industry trends.

- Financial acumen and budget management experience.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
