Jobs Description

▪ Implement the strategies across all operational departments inside the resort.

▪ Provide a single point of leadership for all operational activities in the resort, and to effectively lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the resort.

▪ Motivate and build a working environment in which team members are productive and innovative.

▪ Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.

▪ Represent the resort in public, community, and meetings using his/her effective public speaking and presentation skills.

▪ Identify and lead positive public relations and teamwork opportunities.

▪ Develop business plan and evaluate business trends to modify strategies.

▪ Interpret, analyse, and manage budget to meet business objectives.

▪ Be in charge of the resort in absence of General Manager according to given authorization.

▪ Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Chairwoman's calendar, including scheduling and

prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.

▪ Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure alignment and resolve scheduling conflicts.

▪ Communication Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the Chairwoman.

▪ Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

▪ Draft and prepare responses as needed.

▪ Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events involving the Chairwoman.

▪ Prepare agendas, compile relevant materials, and ensure timely distribution to participants.

▪ Take minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding deliverables.

▪ Travel Arrangements: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, round transportation, and visa requirements for the Chairwoman and accompanying staff.

▪ Prepare travel expense reports and reconcile expenses.

▪ Information Management: Maintain confidential records, documents, and files related to the Chairman's activities. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested.

▪ Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, and external partners.

▪ Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Chairwoman and relevant parties.

▪ Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions. Adhere to ethical standards and legal guidelines.

▪ Perform other duties as assigned by Chairwoman

Jobs Requirement

 Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).

▪ Minimum of 5 years of resort management operations experience.

▪ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives or board members.

▪ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

▪ Strong analytical skills are a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail

▪ Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information

▪ Professionalism, poise, and the ability to represent the Chairwoman and the organization effectively.

▪ Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel as required

▪ Excellent interpersonal skills, solving problems, and ability to work in a team environment.

▪ Must possess personal integrity, be highly driven, and disciplined with time

▪ Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook …)

▪ Language- Khmer and Chinese (English is optional)

▪ Be Confident, self-motivated, and teamwork
