• Managing and overseeing administrative aspects of day to day operations

• Promote bar business and continually increase database contacts

• Ensure and promote compliance with all local liquor, health, and sanitation regulations

• Manage and provide direction to all bar employees on the floor during shifts and events

• Hold staff accountable to uphold uniform and grooming standards to the highest level

• Ensure that staff receives consistent and proper communication (verbal, email, memos, etc)

• Instruct staff in ongoing training to uphold service standards

• Monitors employee attendance of on-going training to understand guest expectations

• Promotes employee understanding of expectations and the work.

• Coordinate menu sponsorship deals and menu product placement

• Responds effectively to guest problems and complaints.

• Ensuring guest satisfaction

• Attracts guests by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and

community relations programs

• Monitor social media posts and public event communications; monitors social media activity; responds to comments; analyzes posts/trends

• Monitor and maintain proper inventory to ensure it's in line with the budgeted cost of sales

• Controls purchases and inventory, negotiates prices and contracts, develops preferred

supplier lists, reviews and evaluates usage reports

• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales

• Understands financial opportunities by surveying restaurant demand.

- Bachelor relate fields

- Having working 10 years’ experience with restaurant or bar

- 5 years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or

lifestyle brand hotel

- Good interpersonal skills, friendly, honestly, confident and

communicative

- Developing leadership skill, motivation skill, analytical problem-solving and sales & marketing planning/organization skill

- Ability work under pressure able multi-task

- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

- Guest-oriented and service-minded

- Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
