- Facilitate scrum events/agile ceremonies.

- Coach scrum team to become self-managing team.

- Mentoring, coaching, and encouraging the scrum team

members to improve efficiency.

- Guiding and ensuring effectiveness to implement scrum

process.

- Identify, track, and help teams to remove impediments.

- Supported and managed special project, as requested

by the Director of Finance and Accounting

- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each

goal and objective.

- Measure project performance using appropriate system,

tools, and techniques.

- Bachelor degree of Business, Management, Finance or a related Field

- Proven work experience as a project coordinator or Scrum Master.

- Strong skills in leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict

resolution

- Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve impediment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Computer skills: Excel, word, PowerPoint (Power BI, Jira, Ms. Develop is

a plus)

- Good command in English
