SALES MANAGEMENT:

• Training: Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Merchandise: having basic knowledge of fashion retail. Understanding the importance of customer profiles (Introduce products in accordance with customer needs )
• Understanding the basic elements of VM, colors, materials,... VM plan
• Report: Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

OPERATION MANAGEMENT:

• Ability to plan and assign suitable workload for all staffs
• Inventory: Checking stock, importing and exporting goods in store system.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT:

• Ability to divide individual sales target ( At least managed 7 peoples/store)
• Having resolving problem skill, keeping positive attitude at work.

• High knowledge of international fashion trends
• Experience in fashion retail minimum 2 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English and good attitude
• Love peoples
