• Receive construction plans and prepare quantity requirements;

• Scrutinize maintenance and material costs as well as contracts to

the best deals, liaise with site manager, clients, contractors, and

subcontractors;

• Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and

other documents;

• Advise managers and clients on improvements and new strategies;

• Keep track of materials and order more when required;

• Document and change in design and update budgets;

• Establish and maintain professional relationship with external and

internal stakeholders;

• Traveling from the office to various sites as required;

• Others task are assigned by Cost & Planning Manager and

Management team.

• Have at least two-year experiences as quality surveyor or others

related position;

• Hold bachelor of civil engineering or others related field if equivalence;

• Have knowledgeable of using Microsoft Office AutoCAD, Internet, E-mai l and Outlook;

• Be able to conduct good communication and connection with all level of employees in Mekong Land;

• Be able to work in flexible schedule which was set by management

team;

• Be able to travel to any Mekong Land business or project in difference

location and provinces;
