1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures:

The QA staff will be responsible for creating and enforcing policies and

procedures that ensure the products and services provided by the

telecom company meet the highest quality standards.

2. Conduct audits and assessments: The QA staff will regularly review

and analyze the telecom company's products and services to identify

any quality issues or defects.

3. Collaborate with other teams: The QA staff will work closely with other departments such as product development, customer service, and

sales to ensure that quality is a top priority and that customer needs

are being met.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telecom Company

- Honest, able to handle work pressure, willing to travel frequently for

work.

- Good skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio…)

- Language: Khmer/English
