• Prepare a Stock purchasing plan for Management

• Ensure that training standards are fully maintained so that future manpower requirements are covered.

• Operate staff performance and ensure action is taken on results.

• To establish the levels of staff required to achieve the established budgets.

• To ensure all required training is completely provided to staff.

• To lead and motivate staff to achieve objectives.

• Review staff’s attendance and request incentives for achievement for the parts department.

Operation/Performance:

• To manage warehouse function within operation.

• To procure and securely stock parts.

• To operate stock control and records system.

• To ensure the appropriate stock level for demand.

• To ensure all stock records are up-to-date and accurate.

• To carry out annual and periodic stock-taking to ensure the accuracy of records.

• To ensure stock damage and wastage do not exceed agreed limits.

• To provide the Head of Operation with weekly/monthly reports on the stock situation.

Marketing:

• To plan, initiate and promote parts sales events.

• To co-operate with other departments in their campaigns.

• To make a contribution to the Branche's annual marketing plan.

* Must know the Chinese language, can speak and write and read

• To understand the construction of vehicles and the function of parts.

• Excellent knowledge of stock control and records systems.

• Ability to lead and motivate staff in providing customer-satisfying service.

• Ability to negotiate and deal with representatives and agents.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration

• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

• Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements

• Contract management and supplier experience

• Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes and components and supply chain management

• Computer literate, especially Excel skills

• Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels

• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

• Results-orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines

• Commercially and financially aware with experience in managing budgets

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
