• In-charge of shipping and ship supplies documentations.
• Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
• Review shipment documentation such as invoices and packing lists in preparation for outgoing

shipment, and maintain inventory of shipping supplies.

• Interact with colleagues, Sales, Finance to follow up on shipment coordination, logistics and

vendor payments

• Take Cares Customers, solve problem for customers, if any.
• Hard-working & be responsible
• Working experience in logistics industry and custom clearance is preferred
• Salary is negotiable base on qualification.

• Working time: Mon-Fri: 08:00-12:00; 01:30-17:00, Sat: 08:00-12:00
