- In charge of day-to-day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints.

- Ensure timely management of any unforeseen delays. Regular monitoring and liaison with the Contracts - supervisor, Project Manager on the Master Programs and development of stage/section programs required.

- Liaise with the procurement team and other stakeholders to ensure adequate labor and sub-contract resource are available on site.

- Carry out toolbox briefings to the site teams and sub-contractors.

- Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit

- For purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff

- Requisition all materials and oversee the deliveries and ensure they are done so in adequate time in line with the construction program and procurement schedule.

- Effectively communicate with the Design Team to ensure the timely release of design information.

- Supervise, manage and motivate all site team including effective management of sub-contractor

- Activities on site ensuring they are engaged, on target in line with the master program.

- Prepare site documents, make daily report work and progress work report.

- Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or any related field.

- At least 3 years’ experience as site Engineer that related with interior work and willing to work overtime.

- Good command in English

- Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good inter-personal skills, must be able to communicate well with staff

- Ability to interpret plans, liaise with clients, architects and project manager.

- Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem solving and develop ideas from conceptualization to completion

- Must have a good knowledge of available materials/products and different techniques and resources available

- Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels

- A positive work ethic with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines

- Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure.
