-Working closely with Programs Manager to ensure that activities are well operated according to the timeframe, as well as the budget is well managed. -Coordinate and working closely with Department of Health Care (Ministry of Health) to implement this project. -Review literatures (gather information) with regards to NCDs management in order to develop guidelines. -Develop NCDs management guidelines specifically for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM), Gestational Diabetes (GM) and Hypertension. -Develop training manual to rollout NCDs management guidelines. (T2DM, GM and Hypertension) -Facilitate technical working group meetings (TWG) to obtain approvals from all technical parts in order to create standardized guidelines. -Rollout training according to the NCDs guidelines (T2DM, GM, and Hypertension. -Conduct Supportive Supervision Visits (SSV) to ensure that those trained providers are will delivered according to the guidelines. -Report to the Programs Manager on any project’s progression. -Working closely with Technical Advisor in reporting to Donor. -Conduct related tasks that assigned by the Program Manager.

-Minimum a Bachelors degree received in Medical Doctor or relevant fields, specialist in Internal Medicine will be advantageous. -Experience in developing health guideline or training manual will be preferably. -Experience working on training facilitator, experienced as a trainer will be advantageous. -Experience in NCDs management will be advantage. -Minimum 2-years experience in Project Coordinator. -Proficient in Microsoft office, such as Word, Excel sheets, Power point presentation. -Fluency in Lao, proficient in English would be advantage. -Willingness to help out where needed -Ability to complete work on a strict deadline -Experience working with NGOs preferred
