• Plan and consistently monitor overall project (site construction and document)

• Ensure the quality, quantity, speed and progress go according to plan

• Ensure the actual site construction progress and the document preparation go according to schedule or plan

• Efficiently control and arrange construction teams to ensure the actual site construction progress go according to schedule or plan

• On time report problems or issues of the project with solutions to the HQ office and Upper Management

• Oversee both site construction and document preparation

• Clearly aware and understand the project of all time

• Participate and/or arrange project meetings

• Other works assigned by Upper Management

• Experience at least 2-5 years related to above position in road or irrigation projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above: Civil Engineering, or Irrigation Engineering, or equivalent, or other

• English languages: Very Good.

• Strong knowledge of using MS.office (Excel, Power Points…etc) and Autocad 2D…etc.

• Knowledge of using survey instruments like: Level, Total Station, DGPS.

• Good communication skills.

• Problem-solving skills

• Decision-making ability

• Good at budget/cost management

• Ability to motivate staff and teamwork

• Be honest, punctual, hardworking, patient and flexible.
