• Manage and keep good relationship with all local accounts new & Existing.

• To lead a team of Travel Counsellors in shared-services to provide reliable and high quality service to ensure customers’ satisfactions and retention.

• To develop a competent and motivated staff through coaching, evaluation, counselling and sharing of best practices and to align the team towards achieving organization’s strategies and revenues.

• To ensure customer service expectations and SLAs are met, maintain and cultivate relationships with appropriate customer contacts and proactively engage with their special needs.

• Bachelor degree in Sales or Marketing

• 03 year+ experience in sales within relevant industry

Technical Knowledge / Skills:

• Able to make appointment with both New clients & Existing clients

• Able to resolve the problem for Clients, give advice to clients.

• Able to answer any concern or questions from clients and visit clients upon request.

• Good airlines and suppliers’ product knowledge and relationships.
