- Organizing and updating data about itineraries and activities; - Layout Word documents after recognizing client's needs; - Use Excel quotation file to calculate the program's rates; - liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance; - dealing with customer inquiries and aiming to meet their expectations (English and French);
