I. Duties and Responsibilities:

 Source the new freight vendors, partners and suppliers

 Study the costs to determine freight price for clients and sub-truck partners

 Negotiate the freight price and spare parts purchasing price for better price obtaining

 Do freight cost analysis including road pay and other expenses

 Prepare contracts and related documents for all suppliers, vendors, except tax documents

 Update the pricing list and track the delivery of purchases

 Contact new vendors, clients whom sales had contacted to provide freight price and

service

 Insert customer, vendor, supplier names and pricing information into the accounting

system

 Maintain and update suppliers’ and sub-trucks information such as qualifications, delivery

time

 Promote company’s products, services to increase client orders and fulfil customer needs

 Join to solve problems with customers, vendors, suppliers and sub-truck partners

 Do other tasks as assigned by Manager

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Accounting or related fields

 At least 2 years’ experience in procurement duties

 Strong communication, negotiation, analysis and strategic thinking skills

 Good command of English (speaking and writing), Chinese is an advantage

 Can work under pressure, work as a team, and work outside sometimes

 Courteous, honest, sociable, and willing to learn and take up challenges
