• Assist upper-level management, Head of CC, DCEO, Managing Director.

• Analyze data, plan storage, improve process etc.

• Control customs affairs and the import and export process of goods

• Familiar with customs and logistics center entry and exit customs affairs and customer service.

• Supervise the storage system and on-site operation efficiency.

• Follow company direction by cooperating with Senior Manager.

• Cooperate with all operation sections and the other sections.

• Manage custom clearance section in Head Office and other office locatio.

• Support to control work for clearance for PPSEZ and Sihanouk Ville, Poipet Border, Bavet Border, Phnom Penh Port,

when Head of Department out of office or absent.

• Sometime do packing list and authorization.

• When operation have special commodity, will go to check information with customs & other ministries.

• Share knowledge about clearance to operation and sale department.

• Follow up with clearance when have shipment by any gate or port.

• Prepare packing list, then apply form D, E, and customs valuation, customs permit, apply ministry of environment,

and need HS Code from operation for check tariff or involve other (another) ministry.

• Double check on all documents which already before sent to Head of department sign and stamp.

• Check expense claims.

• Check C/O, customs valuation declaration

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, and must have valid broker license issued by GDCE

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customs Broker, and more than 2 years’ experience of management operation

department in a Customs Broker.

• Proficient in customs affairs of air freight or sea freight or road freight or express.

• Good command of Chinese and English for communication.

• Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organization.

• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline.

• Good command of English proficiency – both written and spoken.

• Good knowledge of labor practices and laws.

• Good communication, interpersonal skills, people and analytical skills.

• Good computer skills (Ms. Office, MS. Outlook…etc.).

• A business-minded person with initiative and ability to work under pressure.
