• Responsible for planning and implementing all supply chain process such as

• Liaise with forwarder and suppliers dealing

• Handle Demand and Supply Planning of the whole business

•To manage every activity related to import & export

• Prepare import and export documents including packing list, invoices, country of origin, letter of credit, etc

• Contact customers on delivery schedule and shipment arrangement.

• Contact forwarder on cargo clearance, delivery order, for both import and export

• Contact forwarder on documentations, booking, shipment and trucking of cargo

• Update and monitor status of shipping arrangement and delivery

• Check and verify documents to comply with local and international regulations

• Seek freight quotations and make recommendations on competitive forwarder or agent, carrier and insurer for

shipment

• Supervise the receiving and inspection of materials delivered to store.

• Check debit note and make payment request for expense related to logistics

• Make all types of report related to import/export

• Other jobs assigned by Manager

• Experience Supply Chain Management in Manufacturing Industry

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Import/Export, International Logistics or Purchasing.

• At least 5-6-year experience in logistics and supply chain.

• Excellent written & oral communication in English

• Experience in working at Special Economic Zone

• Experience in ERP system, Navision system is a plus

• Good Computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email)

• Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork are required

• Able to work under pressure and complete work within given deadlines

• Experience in/or knowledge about ISO is a plus
