Jobs Description

1. Manage and Organize Training and Development:

- Develop and setup training budget plan

- Make skill analysis, skill map and training need assessment (TNA)

- Work with HOD /Expert (Ex./Internal) to create and conduct training as per TNA

- Create training schedule and plan per policy and strategic plan

- Selecting and Managing Training Agencies In-close cooperation with HR Manager

- After training evaluation & Assessment (training impact with real work)

- Reporting on training

2. Delivery training:

- Make job introduction and orientation as per job placement.

- Deliver internal training

- Coaching internal staff to deliver skill and technical training aspect.

- On the job training

- Develop concept of the training aspect, technical aspect.

- Develop material for technical together with technical department.

3. Developing own skill and training capabilities:

- Develop training contents to be use at Medai GB Enterprise.

- Develop own training skill to deliver best in class.

4. Special task collection and Reporting of Company productivities:

- Create competition to increase productive in all departments

- Collect result from all departments for MD

- Implement and Maintain competition policy.

- Staffing and movement

Jobs Requirement

- General training skill

- Specific training skill, 1 or 2 subject

- Good in planning, organizing and analyzing

- Good in communication with all levels

- All able to build close relationship with management

- Knowledge using excel, word, power point

- Good speaking and writing in English.

- Enthusiastic and work independently

- Leadership skill (PDCA)

Personal Quality

- Critical thinking

- Positive mindset

- Hate corruption

- Friendly

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related field

- Good written & Spoken English

- At Least 3 years of an experience in Training or a similar position is a plus

- Good at Communication.

- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Good Time Management.

- Fluently in English

- Ability to work under pressure and receptive to direction.
