1. Supervise access control, alarm system, firefighting & CCTV

contractor to ensure all system are running smoothly.

2. Follow preventive maintenance procedure are implemented at all the time.

3. Make sure the auto switch on generator is running smoothly when the

electricity is cut off.

4. Review service report from sub-contractor of the all system and take action if there’s any issues.

5. Receive complaint from tenants / clients on the malfunction and

make solution appropriately.

6. Organizing regular inspection schedule on all systems and looking for area for improvement.

7. Other tasks assigned by security team leader.

1. Graduated at least high school degree.

2. Knowledge of security system and CCTV control.

3. Never used drug or committed any crime.

4. Ability to standby operation when emergency calls.

5. Able to communicate in English both reading & speaking.

6. Flexible, hardworking, high responsible, good personalities.

7. Good understanding of using Microsoft word & Excel
