• Follow the direction of the GM to plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities

of the team to meet the needs of the business.

• Type and/or draft memorandum, correspondence, and other documents and reports often of a highly sensitive and

confidential nature.

• Schedule, and prepare meeting agenda and materials, and take minutes for various meetings.

• Act as liaison in coordinating matters between the General Manager’s Office and other department heads and

managers.

• Provide strong secretarial support to the Manager to manage workload and activities.

• Research and assemble information from a variety of sources for the preparation of reports and correspondence for

the Manager.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in a sizable company, or a related area

• Knowledge of Secretarial roles and tasks

• Basic knowledge of business models and strategy

• Basic knowledge of financial modeling

• Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Visio, Internet, and Email
