• Conduct budget plan and project plan

• Monitor and update site information

• Coordinate with TRC, MPTC and MNOs for site survey

• Attend the meeting with TRC, MPTC, MNOs

• Keep update to all MNOs and TRC

• Expand relationship or schedule regular meetings with operators to gain more business

• Closely follow up with operators to ensure they are satisfy with our service

• Scrutinize BOQ before issuing PO to sub-contractor

• Follow up report from sub-contract and monitor on site construction

• Ensure that construction is comply with technical standard

• Manage PO/Acceptance/AWO for submission to MNOs

• Do weekly report to MNOs and CEO/Director

• Other tasks assigned by CEO/Director

• Master or Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering

• At least 5 years working experience in relevant industry

• Be confidential in public talking

• Knowledge and experience in tower industry

• Proficiency in English communication

• Be able for province site survey

• Hard working, honest and can work under pressure
