- Manage and proactively attend export documentation tasks including shipping instruction submission follow-up from

clients, advanced manifest filing, issuance of export bill of lading, and other related inquiries.

- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure required documents are submitted on time and accurately.

- Manage export billing/invoicing and notify customers of any change of transport plan on time.

- Follow up unclaimed cargoes if any.

- Update weekly/monthly related reports.

- Perform other tasks to be assigned.

- Fresh graduates or those studying at year 4 in related fields are welcome.

- Good at speaking/writing English and Chinese is an added advantage.

- Good at using Ms. Office basically Outlook, Excel, Word.

- Hard/smart working individual and customer oriented.

- Ready to work under pressure to meet deadline.

- Willing to learn and initiating improvement in daily work.

- Able to work independently and/or as a team.
