• Monitors employees to ensure performance expectations are met.

• Assists in supervising daily shift operations.

• Communicate to Chef and Restaurant Manager any issues regarding food quality and service levels.

• Ensures compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.

• Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.

• 1-2 years’ Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

• Communication and team management abilities

• Language English or Thai is a plus

• Computer Skill Microsoft team (Word, Power point and Excel) Good
