• Arrange daily shipment and operation

• Report any issues beyond responsibility to management to solve

• Record detail of inquiries, comments and complaints

• Respond to any inquiries from customer, vendors and internal team

• Filling and submission of documents to required departments

• Monitor service providers to ensure compliance to customers’ requirements.

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and set priorities work with the team, ensure proper assignment and adequate manning of facilities.

• Support or co-ordinate with other operation staffs and with customs officer

• Checking approval and contact to shipper for any booking approval

• Other tasks assigned by manager

• 2 or 3 experiences in operations and warehouse physical flow is a plus

• Good knowledge and usage of internet, email and Ms. Offices

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Business Communication English Level

• Be able to work with tie timeline and under pressure

• Good in figuring, reporting, both process and result oriented person

• Be a responsible, careful, detail & result oriented person

• Be flexible for working independently and in a group.
