- Providing end-user technical support and training to staff in the KPMG Phnom Penh

- Deployment machines, support MS Office 365 and some KPMG application

- Support end user daily for troubleshooting all issues: MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SPO,

OneDrive . . for Business), Windows 10, Internet, printers, replace machines, phone system…

- Recommend, schedule, and perform PC, hardware and peripheral equipment

improvements, upgrades, and repairs.

- Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future

computer hardware needs.

- Warehouse management

- A qualified Cambodia candidate, with a university degree in IT or a related field

- Proficient with Windows 10 and MS Office 365 products

- Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Microsoft platform.

- A team player who is proactive and who has a service oriented mindset

- To be willing to work as part of a team, doing what it takes to get jobs done

- A good command of spoken and written English and Khmer.
