- Portray a professional, courteous and helpful attitude in all dealings with internal and external customers

- Support with the practical experience and knowledge in daily activities to achieve goals and objectives

- Build-up the co-operative relationship with the practical levels in Gateway and provide the positive attitude /solution when necessary

- Obtain correct and accurate info from external, internal customers and networks before flight arrive and/or after

- Ensure the accurate preparation of import Customs declarations and the timely provision of those for review (as required)

- Update and ensure that shipment info and status in the system is correct in timely manner

- Ensure that customer databases are maintained

- Resolve specific disputes or provide advice on technical issues with customers

- Investigate and handle customer complaint and contact customer for proper solutions

- Notify duty, tax, and other charges with over credit limit to customers

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Customs practices and procedures

- Compose internal report as assigned

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Law or related field is required.

- Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing Khmer and English is required.

- Good Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Email

- 1 or 2 years of working experience in Customs Clearance environment with strong customs regulations knowledge is preferable.

- Good supervisory, coaching, reporting and presentation skills

- Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
