- Portray a professional, courteous and helpful attitude in all dealings with customers

- Support with the practical experience and knowledge in daily activities to achieve goals and objectives

- Liaise with customs officials on specific duties payable and problem shipments.

- Coordinate with Terminal Operator about manifest amendment

- Comply with the regulatory policy and rules to make company as reliable business partners

- Build-up the co-operative relationship with the practical levels in HUB & Gateway and provide the positive attitude /solution when necessary

- Ensure and review the accurate preparation of import and export Customs declarations and data in timely provision

- Analyze and investigate mistakes occurred

- Resolve specific disputes or provide advice on technical issues with internal customers.

- Maintain and ensure a thorough knowledge of Customs practices and procedures

- Coordinate with company networks for additional info, paper work, Customs related issues

- Coach, educate and train team members in Customs knowledge

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Law or related field is required.

- Customs Broker certified by General Department of Customs and Excise is preferred.

- Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.

- Good Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Email

- 2 – 3 years relevant experience of working with customs clearance matters within transportation, logistics or import / export industry.

- Ability to negotiate and deal with government officer / Customer and other parties.
