Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification, documentation, and evaluation of the Bank’s IT internal controls
• Assist in developing audit programs for audit engagement and support other members.
• Perform audit execution to follow the audit program designed to cover the risk and control gap stated in the document of IT policy, procedure, and SOPs to ensure all kinds of control loopholes are discovered, managed, and complied with.
• Take ownership and accountability for the internal audit of allocated auditable areas including IT, Security, and project review.
• Conduct preliminary audit analyses of IT by identifying the risks to make sure risks are taken into consideration and identified and audit activities meet the scope, objectives, and key concerns. 
• Perform audit testing/checking through the audit technique and methodology to discover the control gap/error.
• Identify the key issues to discuss and clarify with related stakeholders to find a clear root cause and provide an effective recommendation.
• Review audit working papers and evidence for assigned IT audit missions to ensure the completeness of audit findings and identification of root causes, implications, and recommendations. 
• Prepare a draft audit report on the assigned missions and discuss it with the line supervisor.
• Ensure the audit documents are fully completed after finishing the audit engagement.
• Ensure constant capacity building and the date of Phillip Bank's business performance.
• Other additional tasks are assigned by the line supervisor or HOD.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or related degree.
• A minimum of 2 years in an IT audit and 3 years in an IT/MIS role such as software developer, network administrator, database administrator, IT security, Big Data analytics, or IT audit is more advantageous.
• Understanding/Knowledge in computer networking such as computer servers, virtualization, and network infrastructure devices (Switch, Router, and Firewall) is more advantageous.
• Certified professional certifications such as CISA, CISCO, ITIL, ISO 27001, or others are preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office, especially in Excel (formulas, pivot…).
• Good written and verbal communication in both Khmer and English.
• Good teamwork and auditing ethic.
• Motivation and ability to work without supervision.
