* Requirements:

- Good understanding of English both verbal and written

- Have a friendly personality

- Take guest's orders in a correct and timely fashion

- Deliver beverage service of a high standard and in accordance with the department standards and procedures

- Perfect knowledge to prepare cocktails, drinks, and wines in accordance with standards and recipes

- Work closely with fellow staff in customer service and operations issues.

- Must be well-groomed and presentable to all guests

- Ability to work under pressure

- Flexibility in working hours
