- Prearranging and organizing meetings to ensure everything is well prepared

- Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO

- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

- Checking the companies’ documents before resubmitting to the CEO for approval

- Taking board minutes and translating documents

- Other tasks as assigned by the CEO

b. Specific Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, communication or related discipline

- Minimum 1 year of work experience in related work or in hospitality

- Good command in organizational skills and record keeping

- Ensure confidentiality at all times
