1. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems and networks in a Windows environment

2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

3. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

4. Provide IT technical support across the company, responding in a timely manner

5. Manage company ERP system

6. Other tasks as assigned by the manager

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field

- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

- Experience in computer systems and networking

- Troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware and software

- Experience administering Microsoft Office 365

- Good knowledge of ERP systems

- Good knowledge of relational databases SQL Server, MySQL

- Good written and oral communication skills in Khmer and English
