Job Description

1. Plan and implement the legal compliance program for the company.

2. Review and update the standards of conduct in the organization.

3. Monitor all the business processes to identify weak performing areas.

4. Analyze the compliance risks involved in business operations.

5. Ensure compliance with all accounting business.

6. Coordinate with other departments to identify compliance issues and direct them to the right channels for further investigations.

7. Consult with a corporate attorney to resolve the compliance issues.

8. Train to employees concerning the company's compliance program.

9. Resolve employee’s concerns over legal matters.

10. Understand professional business standards and industry practices.

11. To give advice on any litigation that may impact the trust.

12. To offer legal interpretation service to the company’s management on different factors on the present laws and regulatory needs.

13. To consult various sources and prepare the policy papers.

14. To review the legal matters of the company and work on managing them efficiently. 13.To prepare various legal reports on the cases handled.

14. Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

 Gender : Male and Female

 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

 Language: Excellent in English and Thai language is a plus

 Experience: At least 1 year experience in Law firm.

 Skills : Interpersonal Communication

 Computer Literacy : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Email
