- Issue draft bills, amend bills, and booking confirmation;

- Update all shipments in Logis and make sure all shipments are in compliance with Logis procedures;

- Ensure shipment details, weighing sheet, bookings are passed onto handling before shipment ex-factory date;

- Follow up with local customers for cargo as well as document status & keep related parties informed if any change;

- Complete shipment process & make sure docs are attached with cargo, pre-alert sent to related parties & console closed as Logis procedures;

- Ensure all job files are checked, monitored, and filed as per standard requirements;

- Followed up payment until cleared;

- Understand and achieve KPIs target;

- Ensure reports checked carefully & within deadline provided.

- Deep knowledge of air freight forwarding business

- Strong analytical and good communication skills

- Commercial experience/capabilities

- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong problem-solving mentality

- Good in English verbal/written communication

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration

- At least 3 years working experience global forwarding business
