2. JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to an assigned Team Leader, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for identifying business problem via

in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information to define feasible and viable solution

and ensure the deliverable meet those business requirements.

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for:

- Assisting user in defining business requirements to meet their business goals

- Preparing business specification and process flow documents

- Participates and contributes during studies and/or gap analysis to identify functional gaps between the user’s current processes and current company systems’ functionality.

- Maintain accurate and complete documents for all business process.

- Develop test cases, conducting system tests (ST), support user acceptance tests (UAT)

- Carrying our day-to-day applications and IT operations support

- Implementing and managing major activities: Product Setup, Product Backlog (Enhancement), Production Issue Data Analysis, Statistics

- Project Implementation and Management

- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

** Qualification:

- A university degree/college diploma in IT/Business, or equivalent business experience

** Experience & Requirement:

- Experiences as a business analyst at least 3-5 years

- Experiences in life insurance/financial business is highly preferable.

- Experiences with business analyst methodologies and system development life cycle

- Basic knowledge of database: MSSQL or MySQL or DB2/XML

- Computer literate in office suite of products (word, spreadsheet, flowchart, presentation etc.)

- Demonstrates basic knowledge of Data Architecture of system and SQL.

- Understanding of applications interfaces between life system and other corporate systems

- Data Analysis/Statistics
