• Ensure the smooth operation of the school network

• Responsible for the protection of the school server

• Maintain and backup of Server data

• Maintenance of computers (i.e. software installation, virus removal)

• Troubleshoot computer related problems (e.g. network, internet, printer)

• Provide technical support + training to teachers

• Keep clear inventory of all technology equipment

• Maintain all I.T. equipment within the school

• Coordinate the repair of I.T. related equipment

• Update school website on a regular basis

• Ensure the smooth operation of photocopy machine

• Design materials for school events, marketing, decorations and graduation

• Responsible for the administration of Staff PC Accounts, Skype, Emails, Fingerprint machine

• Other tasks as required

• Full Time position

• Working Hour: 7:15 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Friday, Lunch 1 hour (12:30 to 1:30 pm), Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

• Minimum 1 year experience in managing networks

• Advance knowledge of server set up, network configuration, data backup, virus protection and removal

• Knowledge of Sophos is an asset

• Able to use design software comfortably: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw.

• Able to use video editing software comfortably: VideoPad, Sony Vegas, Adobe Audition

• Excellent organizational and problem solving skill
