• Plan and manage on annual audit planning and implementation of audit strategies;

• Manages and Deal with a wide range of audit support and regulatory compliance functions including monitoring and regulatory reporting;

• Manager, Coordinate and develop internal support auditing processes;

• Develop and implement policies and procedures;

• Manager and conduct independent support audits;

• Plan, manage, prepare analysis for departments;

• Oversee and Conduct investigations on irregularities and errors;

• Oversee and draft recommendations on corrective measures;

• Other tasks assigned by Head of Internal Audit;

• Holding Master/Bachelor degree in Finance & Banking, Accounting, CAT or equivalent professional qualifications;

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Support Audit filed with Microfinance/Bank;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in management role;

• Excellent negotiating, influencing and conflict management skills;

• Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Listening); Chinese is a plus;

• Computer literacy (Microsoft office word, excel);

• Willingness to travel to support business operation at provinces;

• Be able work under pressure and deadline committed;
