• Planning, creating and executing Operation Policy aligns with APD Bank;

• Developing and enforcing sound policies and structures for the growth of the Bank;

• Appling specialist knowledge in evaluating existing policies;

• Consulting with internal departments to ensure inclusion of relevant factors;

• Identifying benefits, disadvantages, and omissions in existing policy frameworks;

• Ensuring that policies and policy amendments meet legal requirements;

• Reporting on findings and proposing new policies or amendments to existing policies;

• Drafting new policies or amendments to policies and submitting proposals for review;

• Editing and finalizing new policies or amendments as required;

• Strong understanding of Banking Operations;

• Strong presentation, planning and organizational skill;

• Fluency in written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus;

• Holding Master or Bachelor Degree of Arts, Public Policy, Policy Administration, or equivalent professional qualifications;

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations policy-making from MFI; Banking is a plus;

• Excellent understanding in Banking operations; banking products and services;

• Project management skills, customer focus, business acumen, attention to detail, analytical skills;

• Excellent presentation skill as well as strong planning & organizational skill;

• Ability to work under limited supervision and extended working hours when required;

• Excellent in English language; Chinese is a plus;
