- Age above 28 years old

- Cambodian nationality

- High school diploma or Bachelor relate fields

- Having working 5-8 years’ experience with restaurant or bar

- Good command of written and spoken English or Mandarin

- Good interpersonal skills, friendly, honestly, confident and communicative

- Developing leadership skill, motivation skill, analytical problem-solving and sales & marketing planning/organization skill

- Ability work under pressure able multi-task

- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
